The agreement between you and Bamber.

You must be 18 or over and use your own account. You confirm your date of birth when you join, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

Be genuine. Respect boundaries. Never use Bamber for a dare, a prank, revenge, harassment or any attempt to reach someone who has asked to be left alone. Only provide contact details you obtained appropriately.

Bamber passes nothing on unless two people independently agree. Bamber does not promise that anyone will respond, that a feeling is mutual, or that an introduction will happen. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance.

Bamber deliberately restricts how many invitations you may send, keeps one active situation at a time, and applies waiting periods. Attempts to work around these limits, or to identify another person, end your access.

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these rules or puts someone at risk.

If these terms change materially, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
