Safety and misuse
Write to bamberappsupport@gmail.com and put “Safety” in the subject. If someone is using Bamber to pressure or harass you, say so plainly — contact is stopped first and questions come after. In immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Privacy requests
Write to bamberappsupport@gmail.com and put “Privacy” in the subject for a copy of your information or any question about how it is handled. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time, from inside the app.
Anything else
Write to bamberappsupport@gmail.com. We reply to real questions from real people, usually within a few working days.
Before you write
Bamber will never tell you who told him about you, and support cannot either. That isn’t a policy we can make an exception to — it’s the entire promise.
