What Bamber will and won’t do.

Everyone confirms their date of birth before Bamber does anything. Accounts under 18 are refused, and no invitation can be created or opened without that check.

Bamber sends a single invitation in his own words. You cannot attach a message, a name, a photo or a hint. The person who receives it learns only that someone told Bamber about them.

Bamber will not confirm, deny or narrow down who told him. He will not react to guesses. Even a “no” would give something away.

Bamber will not help reach a stranger you found online, a public figure, someone who blocked you or asked you not to contact them, or anyone in a serious power imbalance with you. He will not take part in a dare, a prank or revenge. Where a connection is very distant, he asks you to say hello as yourself first.

Every person can decline, block Bamber, report misuse, or ask never to be contacted again — in one tap, at any point. Nobody is told what they chose. Opting out is permanent for that email address.

An introduction only happens when two people, in two private conversations, each say yes on their own. One yes reveals nothing at all.

Bamber is deliberately small: a few invitations per person per month, one active situation at a time, and a cooling-off period afterwards. It keeps this personal rather than a numbers game.

Reports are recorded and reviewed by a person, and contact stops immediately. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
